i was inspired by some amazing weight loss tumblr's that i've decided to start my own little blog where i can write what i'm doing, get advice and share ideas!
This year is my year, this month things will change, this week i will be happy :)
-my bum will shrinks
-my stomach will tone
-the top of my thighs will disappear
-my arms will be delicate
